- Manage and analyze the inventory process every month in each outlet (Gourmet Shop, Gourmet Café Petitenget, Gourmet Café Dewi Sri, Coffee Shop Berawa, LEON Restaurant, and Bali Catering Company).- Implement all Cost control policies and procedures for all departments and ensure all inventory counts along with supporting evidence or documents.- Input adjustment inventory into the quinos system each month.- Generate daily stock transfer reports, waste report, income report, as material for making daily and monthly Report Flash.- Prepare drink list beverage for event, and inventory beverage from event. Then make a beverage consumption report from event.- Daily inventory beverage (Wine, Champagne, and Sparkling) in beverage store.- Edit stock requests that are transferred to each outlet (Gourmet Shop, Gourmet Café Petitenget, Gourmet Café Dewi Sri, Coffee Shop Berawa, and LEON Restaurant).

Play a role in serving all customer transaction processes that wish to make payments. As well as at the end of the cashier’s job, resetting the cashier, which is calculating all sales transactions that have been made with customers who make payments before being reported to the Custodiant and Accounting. Responsible every day to the Custodiant and Accounting, where all sales data must be balanced and correct

During my one year working, I checked and monitored food prices at the Denpasar modern market (Tiara Dewata & Carrefour), then identified and analyzed the price significance and inputted the price into the PIHPS application.
