PT Aviasi Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero), commonly known as InJourney, is the first holding company of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). It operates in the aviation and tourism sectors. It plays a role as a tourist orchestrator and strategic holding when it houses several subsidiaries such as PT Angkasa Pura I, PT Angkasa Pura II, PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia, PT Sarinah, PT Hotel Indonesia Natour, and PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko. In this internship opportunity, I gave a report to the AVP of Treasury and Financing and Plt. VP Treasury and Financing, related to works such as:- Company ranking by preparing questionnaire answers from ranking institutions, arranging consolidated financial projections, and preparing management meeting materials- Some new task, particularly in the Treasury sector and banking relations, InJourney Group Financing, related to the arrangement of financial projections, procurement processes and relations with consultants, and advanced administration processes of PMN attained by InJourney and preparation of PMN proposal in relation to airline inclusion, and another administration process related to the request for approval for InJourney's corporate action to strengthen the capital structure and cashflow flexibility of holding members

While reporting to the Corporate Finance Senior Manager and Vice President Finance:-Evaluating and analyzing the potential for optimal and creative alternative funding sources for thecompany while still anticipating business revelations and in line with a strategy of strong and diversefunding sources to create additional value for the company by coordinating with related units andconsultants appointed by the company while still paying attention to the prevailing regulations- Processing the appointment of a rating agency and carrying out company ratings & rating the existingdebt securities by coordinating with related units to fulfill supporting data- Preparing exposure required by the company in relation to the company's corporate transformation program, specifically financial restructuring & deleveraging initiatives- Assisting related units in preparing company financial projections needed in preparing airport and transportation cooperation proposals (ex. airport infrastructure rental cooperation proposals, etc.)

While reporting to the Financial Planning Senior Manager:- Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of financial planning activities & risks arising from financialplanning by partnering with consultants and related units- Completing internal & external audits of the previous & current year's audit findings- Carrying out the company rating process and rating the company's existing debt securities by fulfilling the supporting data required by the rating agency appointed by the company in carrying out the rating- Forming a team with related units in preparing external funding proposals through submitting PMN and/or IP-PEN to the government and/or parent holding company for further approval while still referring to policies, government regulations, internal regulations, and financial guidelines prevailing in the company in order to achieve company strategic goals & objectives- Preparing the exposure required by the company in relation to the company's corporate transformation program, specifically financial restructuring & deleveraging initiatives

While reporting to the Airport Non Aeronautical Manager:- Ensuring the implementation of strategies, policies, functional systems, and procedures (businessprocesses) for the operational continuity of the Commercial Marketing and Business Development,specifically the Airport Non Aeronautical Section at Semarang Airport- Optimizing idle commercial areas at the Semarang branch office by implementing a selection process referring to the prevailing regulations- Ensuring to the achievement of production and income targets for the Semarang branch office- Forming a team involving related units and conducting assessments with potential business partners in preparing new business development proposals for idle assets at the Semarang branch office for further approval by the Head Office

While reporting to the Retail, Food and Beverage Sales Section Head:- Ensuring the implementation of strategies, policies, systems, and functional procedures (businessprocesses) for the operational continuity of the Sales & Business Development Department, specificallythe Retail, Food & Beverage Sales Section at Semarang Airport to support the achievements of the Sales& Business Development Department- Evaluating RFB business activities for new business partners and/or the continuity of cooperation at Semarang Airport to obtain approval from the Head Office- Coordinating with business partners and related units when monitoring business activities at theairport or if there are obstacles by related parties and finding solutions- Ensuring the achievement of production and income targets for the Semarang branch office

While reporting to the Retail Department Head: - Evaluating retail business activities at each airport managed by Angkasa Pura I- Ensure the achievement of production and business income targets through planning, implementing strategies and policies- Finding solutions to problems with retail business activities at branch offices to support the achievement of non-aeronautical income in accordance with the prevailing provisions- Adding features for drafting cooperation agreements for branch offices' business activities in SAP bycoordinating with the IT legal unit and consultants- Creating user manuals or guidebooks and socializing them in each branch office

While reporting to the Food & Beverage Department Head:- Evaluating food and beverage business activities at each airport managed by Angkasa Pura I- Ensure the achievement of production and business income targets through planning, implementing strategies and policies- Finding solutions to problems with F&B business activities at branch offices to support the achievement of non-aeronautical income in accordance with the prevailing provisions- Reviewing business cooperation agreements of branch offices to be activated via SAP by coordinatingwith the PIC of branch offices
