• Manage ongoing performance management process to ensure employees are well-informed and understand in each regular check points (goal setting, mid-year check-ins, year-end calibrations review).• Develop effective communication methods and material to increase employee awareness in performance management culture and timeline.• Maintain performance management system and regular data updates.• Implement succession program in identifying talents and creating development plan strategy to robust talent skills & capability.• Perform talent management initiatives; develop competencies and key behaviors that align with organization values.• Work closely with HR Business Partner and stakeholder in identifying talents and promoting performance management culture. Also, in cooperation with L&D team to support talent & employees development-focused.

• Manage end-to-end training need process for in-house, external training, and mandatory certification.• Work closely with HR Business Partner to solicit development needs and focused for development implementation. • Manage vendor management training activities and work closely with procurement to ensure all process done properly.• Build and maintain relationship with internal and external parties to ensure training and certification well-executed. • Assist expatriates training needs and ensure transfer knowledge from global employees to local-buddy employee are well-implemented. • Maintain data training-certification and provide annual data report for regulatory reporting.

• Attract and select qualified candidates through several recruitment channels and networking• Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure pre-onboarding process have done appropriately• Work closely with HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers for business alignment, go through candidates’ profile, and skills needed• Engage partnership with reputable universities, participate in career fair to attract and select qualified fresh graduate candidates to join Graduate Trainee program and go through several assessments and group selection process• Maintain recruitment tracking and supervise vendor activities related to BPO processing and background checking, include reporting and escalating actions needed
