He has demonstrated expertise in analyzing economic valuation of wetlands, climate change economics, trade policy analysis, and both micro and macro data analysis for impact assessments and policy development. Ayub has significantly contributed to industrial water cost estimation, cleaner production, green industry feasibility studies, and green accounting. He played a key role in formulating the skills strategy for the RMG industry’s Five-Year Plan, identifying 4IR-aligned occupations, and developing data portals. Proficient in M&E activities, logframe development, and statistical tools like SPSS, STATA, and R, Ayub ensures systematic project evaluation and data-driven decision-making.His work focuses on sustainability, social protection, compliance management, and capacity building, showcasing his commitment to innovative strategies for addressing challenges in the development sector and RMG & textile sectors.
