DONORS: BHA-USAID, ECW, GLOBAL FUND FOR WOMEN.- Ensure MEAL planning includes all project staff, partners, and key stakeholders both before and after kickoff meetings to align goals and methodologies.- Create a comprehensive MEAL pack in collaboration with the project team and partners, including: - Project Log Frames: Define project goals, objectives, outputs, outcomes, and indicators - Detailed M&E Plans: Outline monitoring and evaluation activities - Activity Targets Trackers (ATTs): Track progress against targets - Quality Benchmarks and IPTs: Ensure activities meet quality standards - Accountability Measures: Include transparency and responsiveness mechanisms - Data Audit and Learning Plans: Specify data collection, analysis, and learning processes- Maintain the Project Performance Tracker (IPTT) monthly to monitor results and facilitate learning for decision-making- Conduct, analyze, and disseminate monthly IPTT/outcome monitoring and evaluations- Analyze project data regularly and produce strategic analysis for the management team- Develop and review data collection tools to ensure they meet program indicator requirements- Implement data quality assurance according to the MEAL plan (data verification/spot checks)- Support the development of information-sharing materials (e.g., briefs, posters) - Facilitate the setup of feedback and complaints infrastructures to receive input from beneficiaries, including children- Support the implementation of Management Information Systems (MIS) and (GIS) into program reporting- Enhance the use of digital data management tools like Kobo and ODK etc- Document project results, impacts, best practices, and significant changes- Disseminate learnings through reports/learning sessions to inform programming- Coordinate with technical and project teams to allocate MEAL resources and budgets appropriately- Oversee MEAL budget utilization to ensure implementation of activities
