I was among two selected individuals under the flagship trainee program. I worked under the direct supervision of the senior Management Team and the various departmental focal persons. Undertook several formal placement to build specific areas of experience and knowledge in various departments including but not limited to:o Technical department.o Sales department.o Bids &Tender department.o Customer Service department. o Human Resource department. o Finance department.o Operations department.The role required simultaneous working and mentoring by the respective departmental manager.

I worked with fellow hub members to develop innovative solution to address problems in maternal healthcare, WASH, sexual reproductive health, children and youth welfare. The hub is co-anchored by the College of Information Communication Technologies(CoICT) UDSM and UNICEF-TZ country office

I aided Nipe Fagio in its daily activities towards a sustainable environment The major activities performed were marine litter monitoring, zero waste survey, community outreach program, and beach cleanups.

I was part of Direct Distrubtion Force working under Veecom Ltd (dealer for MIC) to sell Tigo products (scratch cards, E-PIN, Tigo Pesa) on assigned territories and prescribed monthly targets.
