MEDICAL RECORDS MANAGEMENTManaging the daily operations to ensure that all Release of Information (ROI) activities are compliant with established hospital policies, regulations, and are completed in a timely manner. Responsibilities:- Manage workflow to ensure maximum productivity and quality standards are met. - Perform monthly spot checks on work performance and productivity and ensure work is performed in accordance with customer policies and procedures and regulations.- Train medical record staff on processes and procedures. Monitor performance and provide performance feedback and evaluations. Monitor and approve payroll.FRONT OFFICE MANAGEMENTDirects, supervises, and coordinates front office staff and activities. Responsibilities:- Assists in selecting, training, scheduling, and supervising front office personnel- Responsible for work assignments and daily operations- Gathers and reports date for fiscal, statistical, and planning purposes- Monitors compliance of and implements new policies and procedures- Consults on urgency of patient’s condition and acts appropriately- Coordinates initial and follow-up patient appointments- Supervises patients in and out, coordinates patient flow, maintains order in office- Coordinates front office staffs in customer relationships management roles: answers incoming phone calls, records and delivers messages- Coordinates insurance information verification, including BPJS Kesehatan. - Manage approvals orders of office supplies as neededCASEMIX MANAGEMENTKey role in production and analysis of costing and activity based funding information and in the identification of opportunities for performance improvement. With knowledge and understanding of health system activity information, performance management, casemix, product costing concepts, and health data systems, particularly those relating to patient information, funding and costing and an ability to analyze data and other information.

Plans, directs, and coordinates medical and health services. Manages outpatient and inpatients services. Responsible for ensuring that healthcare facilities provide the most effective patient care.Knowledgeable about technological advances and changes in healthcare regulations.
