I played a huge role in assisting, researching and gathering documents in opening a Shopee Mall so that Homevest can be the first property company to be on Shopee. I also produced a variety of PR materials and content marketing materials such as press release, blogs, social media copy & etc. I help monitor, research and gather documentation on company position in the industry on social media and other online platforms. Besides that, I designed artwork such as online marketing materials, Facebook post, brochure & etc. I also assisted in preparing information and market research materials; develop and present PowerPoint presentations slides. Last but not least, I performed clerical duties such as taking memos, liaising with external party on company information; oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers.

I worked as a front office receptionist and administration duties for UOW KDU at the Glenmarie campus. Besides that, I also worked for their events as a student ambassador and have gained a lot of experience in handling customers and company inquiries. I learned somuch, grew so much as a person and as a mass communication student by working with them. I am now very confident and is very patient when it comes to handling customers and clients.

As a UOW KDU student ambassador, I've learnt to work quickly and efficiently. I was responsible for recruiting crowds at education fairs and assisting education counsellors in enrolling new students.  I promoted the campus and courses offered to potential customers. Aside from that, I performed administrative work to assist for any events or activity preparations.

I started off as a content writing intern at Nuren Group for 3 months and got offered to work in their company. I took a big part of the job as the company's content writer for their Malaysian wedding and motherhood blogs and even managed their social media accounts. I lead a video shoot for one of their main topics and also came up with a lot of new ideas and ways to improve their social media content. I even joined their marketing team to improve on their websites. After 3 months ofbeing with the company, they then offered me to be a part of their company as their content writer. Working with them, I have learned how to think critically and solve problems on the spot. I have also learned to work fast, under pressure and also multitask.
