Within the Finance Team, I've worked on reaching out to different sponsors for grants, managing the finances of the team, as well as collaborating, in part, with the Media Team by taking different pictures and writing articles about the events that we've been hosting and competing in.

Compete in competitions during state conferences, manage club finances, set up fundraisers, plan club-related excursions, lead chapter meetings

-Grading and preparing student classwork and homework-Supporting students to adhere to the Kumon Method and center procedures-Exemplifying strong customer service to provide an excellent experience to students and parents-Assisting with the enrollment process to provide parents and students with a strong start-Providing feedback to students and communicating student progress to parents and the Instructor as needed-Individualizing strategies for student development based on student goals and communication with Instructor

- Led a small group of high schoolers and college students from around the U.S.- Conducted outreach to attain sponsors and speakers for the World Culture Festival (200k+ attendees)
