Overall Operations of the Unit, budget planning and implementation, profit and loss reports and analysis, overall administration and functions of the hotel, deciding the trends and concept for food and beverage outlets and procurement, security systems, front office procedures and reservations, housekeeping and overall upkeep and maintenance of the hotel, taking feedback from Guests and working on them, taking suggestions and ideas from the respective department heads for the better functionality from the company and guest perspective, ensuring IT systems are in order, Meeting High Profile Corporates to seek business for the Hotel, overlooking Human Resources & Learning and Development Department, visiting hotel training institutes and hotel schools for campus interviews to support the new talent and hire them, Reporting the Profit and Loss statement to the Owners. Instrumental in commissioning the companies food and beverage projects at pan India level, namelyJaipur : Sahib Sind Sultan, Indi Joe Gurgaon; Sahib Sind Sultan, Aroma of China, Nawabganj Safari Mumbai : Firangi Paani, Chingari, Chanking Bangalore: Khansama  Overall Head Project operations through out India for BJN Group Standard Operating Procedures implementation and compliance Train and develop associates in technical, administrative and managerial abilities. Establish and regularly upgrade and review standards of Service Equipments.  Coordinate and develop positive ongoing inter-departmental daily working relationships especially with the Chef, purchase department, operations team and vendors. Review and carry out performance appraisals of relevant departmental associates on time as scheduled. Responsible for hiring and initial training of all associates in conjunction with the Human Resource department.  Monitors all problem areas and ensures that these are either corrected or a proposed solution should be forwarded to the concerned head. Communicating and/or updating the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner. Coordinate with chef for kitchen equipment, kitchen Layout. Plan the organizational structure with Human Resources requirements for both - front of the house as well as back of the house for new projects. Unit Business Plan Streamlining the requisitioning process for operating supplies which includes: Chinaware, Glassware, Flatware, Hollow ware, Linen / Uniform, IT Hardware( In coordination with Information Technology Department ), Collateral, Printing and stationery, Kitchen Equipment ( Local and Imported ), Refrigerated equipment, Cold room, Bar Equipments / Accessories, Wooden Equipments, Dishwashing Equipments, Pots & Pans
