Accounts & Finance: Ensuring Parking, Posting Entries related to Vendor Invoice (under MIGO & MIRO Process). Material Tracking, Ageing, Planning and Empty Bottles Reconciliation. Inventory Loading & unloading, shipping and transit at doorsteps of warehouse. Monitoring and optimizing Finished Goods in warehouse (Goods Housekeeping – GHK Process) Vehicles Logbook Reconciliation, Mapping & Availability of vehicles for shipping on time basis.Purchase, Store and Shipping: Preparation of Purchase Orders, take decisions for preparation of Open Purchase Orders considering their frequency of procurement. Researching Vendor, their performance, tracking Follow up with vendor for timely delivery and closing of PO, performance of annual maintenance contracts, stock services. Reviewing the quality of purchased product. Payments Status, Follow-ups payments, follow up with accounts, Advances adjustments. Purchasing cost savings activities for the assigned market supply groups within the direct & indirect purchasing area. Vendor visits to vendor supplying materials to build relations and understand more buying opportunities. Collaborate closely with department in plant for taking the requirement, proper details, and availability of materials within plant. Taking Corrective action, reviewing and Implementation of action plan for the improvements. Examining Prospective Suppliers, Negotiating prices and terms. Documentation and Record Keeping- PR, Price List, Agreement copies. Market Survey Activity ensuring the prices of the Raw Material & Packing Materials (RMPM).

 Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Place orders with suppliers and track deliveries in conjunction with Purchase Department. Preparation of GRN, Maintain Material Receiving Note, and MIS Report to concerned planning departments, Follow up of receiving’s, and team handling. Collaborate with store staff and management to convey important information and updates, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Handle administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and generating reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Oversee security measures to safeguard the store's assets.

 Freight Vendor Management, Follow up with Freight Vendors on Bill Submission. Liaise with vendor on payments as well as addressing shipping or quality issues to maintain a strong business relationship. Arrangement of documents from client for dispatch of shipment Validation the changes (if any) over & above the agreement. Follow up for unfinished bookings on platform. Excise Liaising & Administration work. Analysis of budget vs actual freight & variance analysis.

 Sale Invoicing in ERP Software Regularly. Production, sale & dispatch accounting, Consignment note and follow up with customers.  Debit & credit note, Preparation on goods returns, GST E- way bills & GST invoicing. Sales Data checking and generation of ASN (Advance Shipping Notification) in SAP System. Opening of LC/BC (Letter of Credit/Buyer Credit) Statements and details Reconciliation.  Maintaining Import statement and checking details, document & records maintaining. Excise Duty Reconciliation and Service tax Reconciliation
