• Developed and managed an Excel based financial reporting system for one of the biggest international recruitment business headquartered in UK. Delivered an Excel based Group Submission Pack (GSP) for 60 entities within the group that extracted TB data from different underlying ledgers and prepared the data in a standardised format for consolidation into Excel based Management and Statutory Consolidation models for monthly reporting. Huge improvement in transparency, accuracy and time to month end close, solving audit issues associated with the existing system.• Developed a venture capital loan fund model based in UK that manages the loans grant to any business. The system generates schedule for 80 loans based on different set of loan inputs. It is also designed to track for any changes in the forecasted schedule with the actuals on that date and to correct for any such issues. It then values the company based on forecasting of any contracted and uncontracted loans.• Developed an Excel based tool to determine the Enterprise value of a US based privately held real estate investment and services firm focused on the acquisition, development, construction and property management of multifamily asset. The model gives the flexibility to turn on/off the projects in the underlying companies and then analysing the overall impact in terms of valuation of the Enterprise. Model also produces the reports with flexible timeline to analyse the results for individual companies along with the consolidated one.

• Developed an Excel based template / tool for a US based privately held real estate investment and services firm analysing an investment in a multifamily asset. Model runs on key drivers / assumptions in a real estate deal which then produces all the relevant outputs like cash flows, ratios, returns, etc. for the stakeholders i.e. banks and shareholders (LP & GP). The template provides the transparent logics and calculations which are easy to trace. The model helps the investors to analyse if the investment incurred in a property is profitable or not by calculating the returns to the parties involved.• Developed an Excel based model for a UK based company which provides extensive litigation services and expert witness testimony in courts, arbitrations and mediations throughout the world to calculate the claimed loss and measured loss. Model extracts the stored data based on claimed product, type, country and calculates the claimed and measured loss. Model also produces dynamic reports from the extracted values and calculated losses.

• Developed a financial close PFI model required for contract negotiations that is FAST efficient for a multi-faceted renewable energy company in Abu Dhabi.• Developed a financial model for one of the world’s leading organizations of independent audit, tax and advisory which requires dilution of the existing parties in the model and incorporate two new parties amongst which the project cash flows are divided. • Designed a LBO model for the valuation of truck leasing company using its financial statements and deducing the normalized cash flows to analyse if the cash flows are sufficient to service the debt.• Designed and created various database management tools using Excel for various projects in the corporate sector.
