As an Athletics Secretary all the events related to Athletics are conducted under my supervision inside the premises of IIT Kharagpur.• Conducted a total of 7 events relating to Athletics within campus during the academic session 2015-2016• Introduced events like Triathlon for women, Pentathlon for men and Ivy Campus Run for the first time in IIT Kharagpur to encourage more participation• Manged a purchase of equipment worth Rs. 19 Lakh for Athletics during the Academic Session 2015-2016

· Developed a Credit Risk Model for a Microfinance Company which has a customer base comprising SMEs· Performed Feature Selection by calculating WOE( Weight of Evidence) and IV(Information Value) for each independent variable· Formulated the dependent variable by analyzing the customer characteristics using past repayment structure· Designed and successfully implemented a mechanism using binning to compensate for missing values· Eliminated the bias in the data by using Upsampling techniques such as SMOTE and RSWR
