As a consultant specializing in CRM solutions, I led the development of an end-to-end claims solution for Farmers Insurance, a leading U.S. property and casualty insurer. The project spanned multiple releases over 2.5 years, where I served as a solution engineer, presenting requirements to the client and devising complex technical solutions like hybrid upgrades and unique system transition strategies.As a consultant and Siebel CRM application developer, I focused on the claims module and oversaw testing for various applications. Leading a team of developers and quality analysts, I integrated Siebel CRM with policy systems and collaborated extensively with cross-cultural teams to prioritize and resolve issues. My responsibilities included design, code, and test case reviews, as well as performance and production issue resolution. Ultimately, I ensured a smoother claims experience and faster customer restoration after losses.

Over two years, I oversaw significant client developments for the Subscriber Management System at SiriusXM, a leading satellite radio company. My responsibilities spanned functional areas such as service portability, account consolidation, and virtual service profiles.I played a pivotal role in integrating and optimizing the Business Rules Management System (BRMS) with the Siebel CRM Application. My on-site duties included coordination, effort estimation, work allocation, design walkthroughs, code reviews, defect management, code migration, and the maintenance of Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and Causal Analysis Resolutions (CARs).Furthermore, I demonstrated technical proficiency by designing and automating SMS smoke test scenarios using Quick Test Professional (QTP) and VBScript programming.

I specialize in developing extensions for QuarkXPress, a leading layout design and digital publishing software, for both Windows and Mac platforms.To enhance compatibility and performance, I successfully migrated extensions from CodeWarrior to Xcode and created Universal Binaries for Intel-based Macs.Recognizing my expertise in this area, I was awarded a cash prize for presenting a seminar on Xcode and Universal Binaries.
