Production (EMS/PCBA):• Production: Mobile Cameras, LED Luminaries (Consumer & Automotive), LED display (Signage), USB Pen Drives, Dash Cams, Set top box, Hand-held Communication modules, Power Banks, AC/DC Adapters, Solar panels, Solar home lighting system, Electric Vehicle Driver & BMS etc. • Independent handling of production activities and meeting of daily / monthly /annual targets, monitoring production order & schedules, troubleshooting manufacturing related issues.• Handling of shop floor administration, augmentation of production capacity, Line Balancing, Manpower planning, shift planning, machine planning.• LEAN Manufacturing initiatives and Quality & regulatory compliances, Implementation of KAIZEN-KANBAN.• Organizing the repair, routine maintenance of production machines, equipment & utilities.• Monitor metrics & Key Performance Indicators to access operational expenses, productivity & cost management. • Hands on experience on various machines such as: SMT Line (JUKI, Panasonic, Samsung), Wave Soldering, AOI, X-Ray Inspection, Pad/Screen/Laser Printing, Wire Cutting/Crimping, CNC Cutting/Drilling/Routing, Injection molding (80T-150T), Solar Cell tester & sorter, Laminator etc.Project Management - Contract Manufacturing• Map out a project’s critical path, identify important milestones, pinpoint dependencies and constraints, and assign tasks to the team. Set baselines for scope, budget and timeline.• Compare actual's to estimates and report status to stakeholders. Aggregate data, create dashboards, and run reports.• Identify risks, assess their impact (qualitative and quantitative analysis), respond, monitor, and control the impact.• Manage project expenses, compare costs to budgets, OPEX and track financial performance. Early detection and warning of potential overruns, assisting management with forecasting revenue & profitability.
