PHP is used to create a web-based call service client which interacts with various methods of Webdialer maintaining the flow. JTAPI is used in order to send the calling requests directly to CUCM in case the callee has an extension which can be called through IVR.• Implementation of webdialer service which is provided by Cisco Unified Call Manager using Cisco provided JTAPI.• The user should be able to invoke the service and perform the operations like “Start Call”, “End Call”, “Get Number Information” and “Redirect Call” from a PHP web browser page.• Integration of service with the client’s website to display calling feature on all pages.

Configuration and Maintenance of Office Communications Server (OCS 2007 R2) to enable the user with the calling facility on IP/PBX network through Cisco Unified Presence Server (CUPS) and Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) from Office Communicator (OC 2007 R2).• Implementation of Extensive Mobility feature provided by Cisco Unified Call Manager which enables the user to make a call from Microsoft Communicator to a fixed line PBX/PX legacy telephone device.• Configuration of Microsoft OCS 2007 R2, Cisco Unified Presence Server and Call Manager were modified to integrate legacy phones into the Cisco directory and assigned to the user.• The assigned fixed landline numbers will be displayed in “Call” option of Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2 for the corresponding user and can make a call.

The pages are then converted to Cisco compatible XML tags and are pushed to the IP Phone via Cisco Call Manager.• Implementation of new Cisco IP phone models in the application UI to provide the user an option as to which model user intends to work with.• The application crated by user on IP Phone UI should be parsed into XML file which is understandable by Cisco IP Phones thereby using Cisco provided XML tags. • Implementation of multi-paged applications functionality where user can create more than one page for an IP Phone application and provide logic for their functionalities. • Implementation of “more” button on JSP/JS based UI to replicate the functionality of physical IP Phone soft button. If the number of buttons created by user is greater than 5, then “more” should display the next set of functions (buttons) on the UI.
