• Spearheaded setting up of Data Science and Analytics group at Orion - Drafted group’s charter and led recruiting and training • Reported into Senior VP of Global Client Delivery and managed a large team of data scientist, data analysts, and business analysts to enable digital product innovation at one of Orion's largest clients (Big 4 firm) - Defined vision and road-map for the Data Analytics program with project-sponsors - Created product roadmap and technology strategy with the technical program managers - Designed topography based pattern identification concepts• Founded Toastmasters Club at Orion and grew the club to 30 active members in 4 months
