During this internship, I was exposed to the creative efforts of students all over the country based on activities designed by the Creativity Club Team at Pratham. I had the opportunity to engage in discussions to understand what goes into the minds of the students while performing the activities and had the chance to grade the submission made by the students. The Activities contained different tasks like Photography, Nature Diary, Making Thermometer and others.

I have worked as a Student Coordinator for the Placement Cell at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. I was responsible for ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with Organizations like Mantra, Aga Khan RSPI, etc. I worked with the Social Media team to create content using software like Canva and Figma. Additionally, I also took and managed photographs throughout the placement process.

Taught mathematics in a Grade-4 classroom of a government school in Sirohi, Rajasthan. Made lesson plans and re-tailored them based on the needs of the classroom. Made studied and used TLMs in the classroom. Conducted Interviews with teachers to understand their work-life and challenges. Facilitated government teacher training workshops and prepared a module for one of such workshops. Conducted research on "Effectiveness and Influence on Collaborative Learning: A Complementary Mixed Study in Parallel Phases".

In my dynamic role, I co-facilitated student-camps and teacher training workshops. Working with the founders to contribute to content-development discussions, gaining valuable insights into the organizational culture and dynamics. Engaged with fellow members, understanding their work and life experiences. During the internship, I also took responsibility to take and manage photos of the workshops.
