Hey! I'm a D2C & a B2C performance-driven brand marketing & sales enthusiast with experience in developing and implementing accurate marketing metrics and managing brands with more than twenty 50cr+ revenue brands including Koraput Coffee, EUME World, and Champs Shoes.I began my profession as an event manager at the age of 17 by planning numerous invitation-only celebrity shows around Odisha and coordinating a variety of business, marital, and social events. Wow Event Production, which started as a family business, is still in operation and providing the greatest Western and cultural event management experience.I entered the world of radio jockeying and show hosting at the age of 18. My voice used to be heard on the programme "Shanivaar ki Raat RJ Ayush Ke Saath" on 98.3 Tarang FM. I was inspired to host numerous college shows, concerts, and corporate events by the affection of the people of Odisha. Hosted performances by Darshan Raval, Arjun Kanungo, and Rituraj Mohanty,Dj Olly Esse, King, and much more.I studied Electronics and Communications Engineering for my B.Tech at the National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur, between the ages of 19 and 20. Sahil Pradhan, my mentor, inspiration, and marketing philosopher, was introduced to me during the first year. We jointly handled a T-shirt marketing campaign that produced unforeseen sales. This motivated me to pursue a career in marketing, so I enrolled in a number of free courses and began reading publications on neuro-marketing and design thinking. Started Growthant, a digital creative and PR agency, when I was 20 years old. In order to build a strong network and connections for sales, I collaborated with several startups and established firms alike. Within 11 months of starting up, I had a growth revenue of more than 1Cr+ and got acquired by a tech-based company.At the age of 22, I reached a milestone by working with 20+ brands, generating a total growth revenue of 50Cr, and I joined Onedesign to learn more about Performance Marketing and Sales. There, I oversaw a team of creative individuals and actively managed the company's business development to help it grow.After working with over 80 multi-million dollar brands at the age of 25, I've started the second inning, where I'm building something to disrupt the startup environment and help brands flourish.
