-> Worked in Amazon Payments Team (Digital and Emerging Payments) as SDE-1, where my Team had launched end to end Payment Method (PayCode) in various Marketplaces like USA, Mexico and Italy. -> Worked on Several Features which enhanced the customer journey through there checkout flow, made UI based contributions on PSP Page, SPC Page,TYP Page, PDF Instructions, YO and OD Page.-> Proposed new Architecture and migration of service from "Away Team" To "Self owned" which reduced further Cx Enhancement and development changes effort from 2-3 SDE weeks to 3 Days.-> Did Feature Launch of "Making PayCode as a Default Payment Method in Italy" which helped in increase of 28% of customers successfully completing there checkout journey and payment completion.-> Analysed the hardware used to run services and optimised them to increase CPU Utilisation from 10-15% to 55-60% across the services and further improve the infrastructure cost and improve team's credit score.-> Worked with Product, Engineering Managers, and other Stakeholders to improve the Customer Enhancement across the checkout Payment flow, which involves changing the "Text Based UI to Illustration based UI", adding new "Checkboxes", "Logo and Image Changes", which helped in bringing 35% NTA(New to Amazon) Customers via PayCode Payment Method.-> Lead the resiliency score improvement across the Team, which involves Load and Stress Testing of Services, Prioritising long old pending issues for those services, and having each service level monitoring.-> Created new Alarms for each service, completed various on-calls, which helped in closure of old pending tickets and further improvement in Availability and Resiliency of services.-> Conducted various KTs across the team and helped in writing service level docs, which helped in onboarding of new senior team members, Interns, Support engineering Team.-> Helped in ramping up of Interns on services, internal tooling and successful closure of there Projects
