My Job Responsibilities:End to End Recruitment, Searching CV’S Sourcing, Telephonic Round, Scheduling Interviews, Follow ups, Post Selection Process.• Understanding the requirement as per the Job Description• Preparing a detailed Power point Presentation on the JD• Screening the candidates from the Job Portals • Shortlisting the candidates matching the profiles • Conducting the preliminary round of interview and writing synopsis on the candidates• Liaising with the client for interviews and follow up till final selection• Coordinating with the candidates to ensure smooth joining formalities• Counseling the candidates whenever necessary • Responsible to ensure the quality submission & on time delivery.• Maintaining daily basis MIS report• Maintaining daily tracker with the records of Candidates• Working for Various Domain like BFSI, Health Care, Voice• Involved In Bulk hiring, Portal hiring
