We share responsibility and decision-making, and it’s always for the benefit of founders.At 3one4, the Growth and Capital Development function supports its portfolio companies by building deeper engagements with a network of capital providers and strategic partners; acting as a trusted advisor, and planning exits for the firm.At The CoWrks Foundry, I did both – leading and supporting our investment team, spinning up new initiatives like the Corporate Innovation and Investor Roadshow, and working with founders excited to join the TCF community.Overall, it’s my job to connect the dots between the right early-stage entrepreneurs and the relationships that can take their product development and go-to-market efforts to the next level.
