My story began with a deep interest in people (or in other words, an unhealthy obsession with why people do the things they do). I studied psychology for 7 years and worked as a Psychologist in diverse settings. When it was time for another challenge, I moved to Australia and got a Master of Business (HR) at the University of Queensland.After a couple of years at the university (and 4 x Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence and my name on the Dean's Honour Roll), I joined Robert Walters where I learned the ropes of recruitment and then Redpath Partners where I established and led a national energy desk and partnered with a number of Australia’s leading companies and billion dollar projects. I am now working with Bouygues Construction, where I am helping build teams that deliver South Australia's largest infrastructure project to date - the River Torrens to Darlington Tunnels project. Why Infrastructure?I am passionate about contributing to projects that shape our cities and communities. T2D is a significant infrastructure development project contributing to a more sustainable and connected future for Adelaide, and I am excited to be part of the team that's bringing it to life.
