I'm having more than 5+ PQ experience-I have worked in one of the leading diamond company having turnover more than Rs. 10,000 Cr. as Account and finance manager. Handling the team of 18 people.-Handling accounts related matter, scrunity related matter.-Finalization of account at the year end.-Looking into GST matters -filing of GSTR1 , GSTR-3B ,prepare data for GSTR-9 & 9C and reconcile the same with books of account with ITC booked in books and appearing in GSTR-2B every month-Closing entry for payment to vendor and account receivable at the end of the month-Payment of TDS and filing of TDS return quarterly(24Q & 26Q)-Payment of Professional tax and PF within due date every month-Have to check other legal matter related to various kind of Audit-Using many different software for different purposes.Previous company: GST head in GRR & Co.-Handling all GST related matter, timely filing of GSTR-1 , GSTR-3B & GSTR-9 & 9C of more than 150+ clients-Filing of refund related to inverted duty structure, Cash refund and excess balance in cash ledger due to TDS/TCS-Registration and cancellation of GSTN, amendment related to core field and non core field-Replying to the notice related to GST matters like ASMT-10 other queries raised at the time of registration-Meeting with GST department officer to resolve queries related to refund , registration and cancellation.-Have to update the team about new changes in GST credit claim or changes in filing process of GSTN-Set formula's in excel according to Rule 36(4) and carried forward excess credit to next month-Checking of check list of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B for any adjustment and carried forward data-Maintain excel for client received data -Income tax return at the time of due date for individual and partnership firm-Preparing 3CA ,3CB & 3CD in genius software along with Trail Balance-Reconcile of various trust P&L and Balance sheet and merge the same as different school units under 1 trust.
