As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Alchemy Techsol, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions in the manufacturing sector. I work with the hiring managers and the HR team to understand the job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews. I also manage the candidate database, maintain communication with the applicants, and provide feedback and support throughout the hiring process.I have an MBA in Human Resources Management from National School of Business, Bangalore, where I learned the theoretical and practical aspects of HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and legal compliance. I also have a BBA in Human Resources Management from KIIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar, where I developed my foundational knowledge and skills in HR. I have completed multiple certifications in HR-related topics, such as Outlook, Learn With Me, and Human Resource Management.My core competencies include internal recruitment, manufacturing process improvement, and human resources (HR). I have successfully recruited and onboarded several candidates for different roles and levels, such as engineers, technicians, managers, and executives. I have also contributed to the improvement of the manufacturing process by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, reducing costs, and enhancing quality and efficiency.
