1. International Recruitment: Responsible for end to end recruitment of Native Language Speakers across Asia, Europe, and America. Interviewed, and On-boarded Arabic, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese language speakers.2. Responsible for handling all HR duties and responsibilities for 200 employees that included, recruitment, on-boarding, induction, training plans, offboarding and exit formalities.3.
