I worked as part of a dynamic team of 7 on a project to maximise revenue for the organisation from various projects across the brand portfolio vs. just a few brands. This was an assessed part of my MSc International Management course :Client engagement: I was the primary contact between our team and Miller Knoll. I was responsible for ensuring we met the client’s brief and delivered the project on time. Conducting analysis: Conducted market and competitor analysis to understand the industry trends better while identifying the key competitors through extensive research. Project management: I established regular project meetings and used GANTT charts to ensure the project remained on track throughout.Recommendations: Provide immersive showcase of less performing brands through a virtual showroom experience fostering VR/AR interaction. Community building through launch of ambassador clubs consisting of existing loyal customers and designers which will push small brands forward. Achievements :We successfully delivered a business report and presentation to summarise our analysis and key solutions while securing a distinction.
