Strategy & Planning:• Prepare, plan and execute long term strategic plan on building effective team, operation procedure, and business growth.• Manage IT and overall operational planning including establishing guidelines and professional working relationship with current and potential clients.Operational Management:• Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the overall operation and functioning of the organization staying in consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the organization.• Define, develop, and communicate project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resources to executive team.• Develop, present, and review budgets for the overall offshore operations and ensure it complies with stated goals, guidelines, and company’s objectives.• Review performance of individuals, teams, and keep the Board advised of employees not meeting their contractual agreement.• Develop business case justifications with cost/benefits projections for the overall offshore operation.• Keep the staff informed and seek ideas for the improvement of the organization.
