Currently working as Senior Analyst in FP&A where my current responsibilities includes :1. Developed a Metric to identify possible Clients Churns at an Overall Gartner level. This was an end to end product which started from collection of data to the final output view in Power BI.2. Working on Research engagement data and deriving patterns to identify the Churns and strategizing with the product and Sales teams to boost the engagements.3. Helped the team to automate the overall Gartner P&L's. This included working as a consultant for the Finance team and building an ETL process to migrate the data from Hyperion and EBS finance systems to SQL in encrypted format. Further leveraged the data to showcase the results in visualization tools. The process is automated and centralized and currently saves ~3 hr/finance associate.4. Worked on predicting the CV and transacted value using research metrics as a base and analyzing the levels of engagements at an associate level. This helps in identifying the risk products and helps define the strategy for increasing the ROI.5. Mentoring and coaching of teams on Analytical tools such as R, Python, SQL and Power BI.

Worked as a Data Scientist –Analytics Consulting and Development at Fluor Corporation(EPC organization) o Have Experience in database designing and Database workflow documents.o Have worked upon MS VISIO in creating efficient and robust data flow allowing the intervention of multiple data sources.o Have knowledge about the Python Packages and building various Algorithms Related to Machine learning on Jupyter(Python) .o Knowledge about the Python Data Analysis.o Assisted in creating the database from scratch in SQL.
