• Orchestrated the installation of a 0.9 MW solar power plant for the base at Secunderabad.• Ensured development and procurement of infrastructure and assets amounting to 50 crores over one year. • Planned and executed the development of the cantonment's Multisports complex and sports infrastructure. • Conducted DGR Seminar for military veterans while inviting corporate houses to the Air Force Base for recruitment in coordination with CII-India. • Planning and executing multiple training activities for the trainee officers, Airforce cadets, Air Warriors, and Agni Veer were done during this period.

• Led the Project for implementing the Integrated Perimeter Security System amounting to 18 Cr with BEL, Panchkula.• Formulated fire safety protocols for the largest weapon storage area of IAF. Formulated the Physical security architecture during the conduct of Ex Vayushakti 2022 along with NSG and State Police agencies. • Developed guidelines on E-procurement, and GeM (e-commerce) to achieve process improvement involving 500+ vendors.• Conducted joint training exercises with Army, paramilitary, and civil police. As a member of the COVID-19 management team, I handled the logistical challenges during the evacuation of citizens from Iran and Italy while ensuring health and safety.

• Implemented first principle thinking for infrastructure planning of the cantonment area.• Customized retail process of shopping complexes for increased user satisfaction. • Conducted Ex GaganShakti 2019 - and oversaw the largest mobilization of the IAF personnel and material in close coordination with Indian Railways and Road Transport Corporations: utilized OTIF and Last-mile delivery of equipment and logistics for the troops. • Proposed the purchase of modern fire fighting appliances at IAF bases and implemented a standard operating procedure for fire fighting.

• Headed the Administrative & HR Wing, achieving a 30% reduction in employee grievances through proactive conflict management and policy implementation.• Became part of first AD unit recipient of president colors in 2015. Orchestrated seamless planning for the conduct of the mega event including manpower planning, resource allocation and procurement.• Completed 'end-to-end' recruitment for over 100 personnel in the Air Force, achieving a 95% success rate in recruitment, including physical, behavioral, and psychometric assessment.• Demonstrated acumen in manpower planning and performance appraisals, resulting in a 10% improvement in promotion and discipline management processes.• Implemented measures for women's empowerment, resulting in an 18% increase in participation and initiatives through the Women Welfare Association.
