During my internship, I did compile sales records and updated the sales database, assisted sales call and site inspections to potential customers, blasted emails to clients and potential customers, and answered all telephone calls for sales.

During my internship, I did welcome the guest and assist them during their arrival and departure in the lobby hotel on the bell desk section, answered all telephone calls as a telephone operator, offer concierge services and assist prepare when a group in house, assist check-in and check-out of hotel guests, maintained accurate records of bookings on the hotel reservation system, and processed reservations by mail.
