I just Start my first official Job since finish my university and join to Control Afzar Company which is one of biggest CNC Machine tools dealer and manufacturer in Iran. It is around 14 years that I have cooperation with this company and I can say the oldest employer. My first Position was Technical Expert and I was working in Factory for assembling of Machine.Then I join to after sales service department.After that I start my new Job in same company but different department P_R&D and after one year I got management of this department. The main Job of this department was research about the company which we can having cooperation and also purchasing process. For some special case of our customer also we was in charge. We also start study on producing of cnc machine in Iran and after some time finally we start to design and produce most of project which has designed in R&D Department. It was my first and also first product of Control Afzar Tabriz Co. Right now we produce 2 model cnc machine، milling and lathe. And for these cases I was in charge of all steps means design،casting، machning،assembling،and test. That is one of my Best experience. It was success project as now these two model have good reports from customers side. And the production are continuing
