-Lead actively the strategic sourcing activities for Indirect Contractors&Energy (CAPEX) category with the goal of achieving cost reductions, while maintaining or improving service quality and vendor service levels-Identify, evaluate & select suppliers, negotiate and close framework-agreements of Global products and services under the Indirect Contractors&Energy (CAPEX) Category.-Maintain and develop in-depth knowledge of suppliers, markets & trends-Perform best-in-class negotiation processes via analysis of supply & demand trends-Establish and manage global relationships with suppliers-Monitor performances of vendors and their compliance with their commitments-Address & solve operational issues with sites and suppliers-Provide guidance and guidelines to the global/regional/local procurement personnel-Lead optimization projects within ICL in regards to process optimization in terms to provide betterservice and cost from ICL suppliers-TFS (Together for Sustainability) Management

Develope direct materials procurement strategies (Pulp, Nonwoven, Airlaid, Specialty and Commodity Chemicals, Surfactants, Acids, Ethyl Alcohol, Preservatives, Fragrances&Flavours, Dyes, etc.) Manage all local and international procurement processes, work in coordination with the units demanding products and/or services and follow up the orders and ensure coordinationForecast price trends and their impact on future activitiesEvaluate bids, negotiate with suppliers and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factorsSupplier performance & relationship managementContract managementTeam and Performance Management
