Co-Owner - Balancing University work as well as this entrepreneurial venture taught me the importance of scheduling and time management.- Responsibility associated with such a big position of authority forced me to adapt, overcome and learn new skills fast. Advertising- Advertising for the company myself I learnt many sales techniques and psychological social coersions such as urgency cues and ordering that resulted in us selling out our stock within a few weeks in both of our primary product batches. - Filming and editing all of the marketing videos myself allowed me to develop my confidence with Final cut Pro’s features and create funny and engaging advertisements that would showcase our products with our own personal flair attachedCustomer Service- Customer Service honed my ability to make clients feel important, diffuse any disagreements, and keep everyone satisfied in the process. This resulted in a very respectable four and a half star rating on TrustPilot full of positive praise of our operations.Salesmanship- Communication at conventions honed my ability to capture attention, pitch effectively to solve the customer’s problems with our products and thus drive sales. - Salesmanship at conventions resulted in me having to be creative with ideas that would result in visitors trying out our equipment. I came up with the idea of incentivising customers by offering a guessing challenge that would involve individuals using 3 of our items at once, thereby capturing their interest.

- The high-pressure environment on match days, serving important individuals with great expectations of service, honed my ability to perform under pressure effectively. - Long hours and late finishes resulted in me developing my endurance and maintain a level of customer care despite the fatigue of being on my feet for consecutive hours- Cooperation and professionalism were implanted in me as I maintained the highest level of service whilst working as part of a team.- Working my way from being a runner to waiting entire sections of the lounge alone shows my determination to impress and thrive no matter what task is given to me, as well as giving me an appreciation of every member of the working staff and their importance up the chain.
