• Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.• Well versed with PO & Non-PO invoice processing with 2 way and 3-way match.• Responsible for managing and conducting audit for USA, Canada & France region to improve the accuracy with 100% POT.• Perform internal control to adhere to compliance policies on daily basis.• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are handled as per the guidelines• Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.

Performing vendor and account reconciliations open balances analysis and other.Process accounts payable adjustments for errors or omissions.Internal audit, preparing cash receipts, verifying check scan report, and investigating the errors.Process urgent / ad hoc payment, cheque payments & EFT payments.Implementing and maintaining controls to ensure transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with the company’s policies and external regulations.Ensuring that intercompany transactions and financial practices comply with tax regulations, and other legal requirements.

Independently handling all accounts payable activities for the assigned entity.Responsible for the end to end Payment process including EFT, Manual Payments as well.Responsible for Non PO Invoice processing, Vendor Management, Vendor Creations, Vendor Reconciliations, Maintaining and proper Archival of Invoices/ Vendor Contract/ Agreements repository.Responsible for Mailbox Management, Internal and external stakeholder queries, Follow up on Credit or Debit Balances on Vendor Accounts.
