• Handling Payroll related all activities for 2 respected clients for more than 19,000 employees every month.• Validation of input files before consuming inputs for payroll processing for 100% Accuracy.• Investment proof validation for Payroll and FNF as per Income tax rule.• Reimbursement Proof Validation as per Bills/Claims and on basis of Rules and Guidelines of the company.• Handling Full & Final settlement.• Gratuity and Leave Encashment calculation and Exemption• Ensuring delivery of Various Reports and output as per agree calendar/TAT/ SLA.• Responsible for maintaining accurate Payroll, FNF and Reimbursement Reports.• Responsible for handling salary changes/Revise Salary for all employees bases on their Salary change or Appraisal.• Responsible to calculate Arrears based on employees CTC/Salary change.• Handling Client and Employees Payroll and FNF related queries.• Responsible for maintaining statutory reports (PF, PT, ESIC, Income Tax & LWF)• Preparation of Quarterly and Annually TDS 24Q Return.• Responsible to file 24Q correction return (Online or Offline) , wherever needed or 24Q return is "Processed With Defaults" due to any reason.• Responsible for Generation, Validation and issuance Form 16 to all employees.• Handling Client and Employees Form 16 related queries.• Responsible to prepare and check JVs of clients.• Payroll Implementation of New Clients/Entities.• Responsible to update HRD/CTC etc details in HRMS portal.
