As many as 32 years of experience in the agriculture sector starting right from junior Agriculture Assistant where the main attention was given on education of farmers. The lab to land program( T&V) was implemented under national agriculture extension project where farmers were educated through live demonstrations of different crops laid down in different cropping seasons. Seed rate, sowing time, irrigation schedule, fertilizer dosage, insect pest control, disease control and post harvest technology were the areas of interest. In addition, the focus was given on use of latest agriculture machinery to save the labour component and time . During my entire tenure, I got promoted to different levels of service.
