Handle cases through all stages of pre-litigation and litigation in following areas: civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, labor and employment law, breach of contract, trademark and trade name, bankruptcy, collection, unfair competition and defamation• Respond/Propound Discovery and produce documents• Draft MTC and [proposed] court orders and judgments• Review/Categorize/Summarize E-Discovery using Lexbe• Legal and factual research on codes, rules, statutes, case-law using Westlaw and secondary sources. Draft a summary/conclusion report for the prospective attorney• Draft briefs, demand for arbitration, complaint/cross complaint, answer/demurrer, motion and opposition to motion• Research and create a ground for complaint including cause of actions with the appropriate citing, finding similar State and Federal cases, reviewing verdicts and its dollar amounts• Serve notice of deposition, arrange Court Reporter, Videographer, Discovery Referee (if needed) and summarize deposition transcript afterward• Prepare and serve subpoena for deposition, production of records, witness, expert witness and trial• Preparation, management, indexing, categorizing, summarizing, tagging documents such as medical records, employment, Police report, productions and evidences in different stages of pre-litigation and litigation such as demand package, Discovery, pre-trial and trial• Prepare task list, setting priorities and managing workload among several attorneys• Research the history/background, create a report for potential Arbitrators, Meditators and Referees for deposition/mediation/arbitration• Research and create background report using Westlaw, social media and hiring private investigator• Billing clients, create task list using TimeSolve• Calculate and prepare an estimative for damages, prayer for relief and demand letter• Obtain hearing transcript from court reporters in different courthouses• Prepare and file TROs for appropriate cases

• Main point of contact on daily operations for Santa Monica office• Coordinate travel itinerary and calendar events for C-level executives• Monitor and reconcile monthly bank and credit card transactions• Coordinate monthly company events (all hands, outings, special events)
