I am the CEO and Co-founder at Power Strata Systems Inc. and Founder/Executive and Leadership Coach at Expand Possibilities Coaching Inc. With over a decade of experience in various disciplines of software and web development, and with concerns as a strata owner, I co-founded Power Strata Systems Inc. in 2011 in North Vancouver, BC along with my life and business partner to help build viable and effective strata communities across the province for the benefit of everyone involved. Our innovative online system, PowerStrata, has empowered strata council members and management teams with the tools they need for administering and managing strata corporations of all sizes and complexity in a more effective and efficient way. I have served as a member of the Board of Directors for Canadian Condominium Institute - Vancouver Chapter, a non-profit organization in the strata management industry, including serving on various committees such as Membership, Board Development, Executive, Finance, and as Co-chair of the Communication/Marketing Committee.In addition to my technical expertise, I have always been passionate about self-development, human behaviour, and the science of the mind and brain. My personal journey led me to explore professional coaching, counselling and effective theories in the field of human behaviour such as the Bowen Family Systems Theory and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, which I have integrated into all aspects of my life, including my businesses, and into my coaching approach.I care about communities and social responsibility. Informed by systems thinking, I believe in the interconnectedness of everything and the power of leaders in organizations, communities, and families to impact the systems they are part of.With my background as an entrepreneur and small business owner in a family enterprise, along with the experience of immigration from a country with systemic oppression, I am passionate about using my learnings to empower individuals and leaders in organizations, communities, and families to thrive in turbulent times.I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and various certificates in web development and entrepreneurship. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and got my solution-focused coach training through Erickson Coaching International. I am also an IFS Practitioner through IFS Institute and completed training in Bowen theory through Living Systems. I have completed other leadership and coaching programs through Scherer Leadership Center and WBECS.
