Summer co-op position which required communicating with clients to understand their needs in a future employee to recruit. Position required making outgoing calls, answering incoming calls, and place workers with companies that need employees. Collaboration with different departments within the office was needed to achieve optimal customer satisfaction while maintaining weekly quotas.
