Aligning marketing and sales within brand positioning are two of the main tasks in our day to day in Galgus. With a global approach, the most highlighted part of my role is to guarantee that inbound, digital marketing, social and communication strategies are aligning with Galgus goals in order to contribute to its growth.

Extravaganza Communication is based both in UK and Spain. The coordination of the marketing team, projects and looking after each client are the main tasks of my role. Everyday is a new challenge and this is the most enjoyable part of working on Marketing. Being hard worker, enthusiastic and very creative person, i am developing my career within our client´s success.

Geographica is one of our best clients in Extravaganza Communication. As Inbound Marketing consultants, we are responsible for designing and implementing Geographica´s digital marketing strategy based on their goals. We do content marketing, email marketing campaigns, automations, social media, growhacking between other strategies with the unique objective of helping Geographica to build up a better digital presence and grow. A challenging project where we are enjoying and learning everyday.

In this case, we collaborate with them providing digital marketing strategies that support their goals at the same time that we give them support for those projects in which they are taking part and that requires marketing for third companies and /or projects.

• Being under challenging targets of cases reviewed, it is a very important part of her job to review customers complaints under the FSA regulations as well as internal guidance that are amended almost in a daily basis.• Having a 100% quality in terms of customer contact and fairness outcome, it is part of my daily routine contact customers to discuss what are the reasons for complaining as well as negotiate with them in order to close the case. • Reporting to the Team Leader, as a part of my daily routine, elaborating reports of different nature and researches in order to find the most common complaint reasons and how to amend any process in order to fix that area. • It is another important part of this role to conduct researches in order to find strategies to improve customer experience in several areas e.i. how to decrease the timing that the complaints are dealt. This includes research design- e.i. designing questionnaires- looking for the best strategy for each research.
