PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES –• Finalization of Company Accounts and coordinate internal and external audit.• Preparing VAT compliance, VAT accounting and VAT return filing.• Monthly reconciliation of AR Control account to Aging Report, identifying & investigating discrepancies and passing necessary JVs if required• Monthly monitoring of AR related accounts; Unapplied Receipts, PDCs, Unidentified Receipts, PPS account, Clearing Accounts, Revenue Accounts and Miscellaneous Income; analyzing transactions and raising JVs if require• Provide Financial and Media reports and interpret financial information to CEO.• Analyze company performance periodically based on Plan/Actuals of costs, pricing and sales.• Verify, Reconcile all transactions with relevant documents i.e. Invoices, Bills, & Statements.• Liaise with various Departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths.• Handle all Banking services, renewal of Tenancy contracts, Trade License. Medical insurance and credit card work, client contracts and NDA.• Work on Payroll, WPS, leave salary, internal & external financial reports. • Keeping a track on advertising collateral and collecting voucher copies from the Media Department.• Prepare audit schedules on a quarterly basis such as Advance from Customers, Trade Receivables• Closing of Fixed Asset on a monthly basis and update FA Register for all additions and deletions. Passing capitalization and preparation of FA schedules• Provide various Schedules for payables and help in audit time in purpose to meet company closing deadline.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES –• Preparing and overseeing the whole Group (UAE) Value added Tax, i.e. Tax accounting. • Input output Tax, for Quarterly to return file of Group of companies. • Review & guide preparation of monthly GL Schedules for Group (UAE). Preparation of Financials and audit completion. Participate in adoption of new IFRS. • Review & post monthly closing entries for the entire Group (UAE) including, interest cost, provisions and accruals, conversion & upload of monthly B/S & P/l movements in ERP SAP and prepare reconciliations • Prepare finance cost summary with analysis on monthly basis • Handling external/internal audit (interim/final) of Group (UAE) - Coordination with auditors, preparing the financials, notes to the accounts & providing/organizing schedules as per their requirement • Review & guide preparation of monthly GL Schedules for Group (UAE). • Monthly review of GL schedules and taking corrective action where required. Highlight matters requiring management intervention • Review bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis and highlight outstanding issues.• Participate in adoption of new accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), attend trainings, prepare files and analyze impact on Group.
