I have recently finished my Master of Architecture degree at the University of Newcastle, Australia, in December 2019. I have moved back to Malaysia to continue my career towards registering as an architect. For my final year design thesis, I focused on the environmental psychology aspect of architecture, specifically utilising biophilic design; a cabin retreat for families and friends who had experience with someone or themselves surviving through cancer.I have accumulated almost three years of working experience prior to my Master's degree studies working as an assistant architect working on proposals, designs and details for commercials projects and high rise residential projects. During these three years of working experience, I was given the opportunity to handle a project with almost complete independence on several proposal projects.Currently, I am looking for a firm that would be able to give me the experience of working on the administration and construction side of architecture so that I would be able to cultivate my skills to become a registered architect.
