This includes setting up security policies, access controls, data loss prevention (DLP) rules, and other security parameters to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.· Develop, implement, and enforce security policies within the Netskope platform to safeguard against threats such as malware, data exfiltration, and unauthorized access. Regularly review and update security policies to address emerging threats and evolving business requirements.· Monitor network traffic and user activities using Netskope's monitoring and analytics tools. Proactively identify security incidents, policy violations, and compliance gaps, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and remediate issues.· Respond to security incidents and alerts detected by Netskope, investigate root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with other IT and security teams to address incidents in a timely and effective manner.· Liaise with Netskope representatives and vendors to stay updated on product updates, new features, and best practices. Provide feedback and recommendations to vendors for product improvement and enhancement based on the organization's requirements and experiences.· Monitor incident queue and mailbox for issues reported related to Netskope.
