    In my current role, I have the privilege of leading high-performing analytics teams and driving data-led business optimization across commercial and product. Starting from scratch, I built and expanded a team of extremely dedicated and passionate people focused on making lives better for people around the world. Over the last few years, we grew the analytics teams locally in the US and in India, established the data strategy, and laid the groundwork for architecture and data governance.Part of my key accomplishments has been establishing the Data Insights strategy and incorporating it into the business. With my focus on driving business results, I have established processes that ensure insights are translated into actionable business optimizations.In 2020, I was given additional responsibility to own the Call Center strategy, and I led through the enablement of the call center for support. My efforts ensured that customers who needed support had ready access to agents willing to assist. This included leading through the requirements for the backend technology that the agents use as well as the IVR systems that answer the call when people call in.More recently, I have been formally assigned responsibilities to develop and deliver our customer behavior change framework. This includes developing the business strategy and underlying technology, in close collaboration with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, external vendors, and academic behavioral scientists. I am currently setting the vision for multi-channel engagement for both patients and providers, with the aim of driving measurable improvements in health outcomes.
