I am actively engaged in developing young leaders through my activities across Management Trainee Programs, Guest Lectures, Seminars and Coaching sessions.The goal is to pass on knowledge and inspire Kaizen in people and processes, in the most effective manner possible, at all Management and Operational Levels. And the key to that is to keep your head down, listen, observe, learn and try. I've been preaching humility & selflessness all my life, while most people struggle to realize it is the integral ingredient to succeed in professional & personal endeavors. There is absolutely no other way to put it, no complexity, and no explanation. Helping others succeed is literally the best path to your success. It worked for me, and continues to do so.
