Obtaining and monitoring quotes for price and delivery enquiries. Maintaining purchasing related data in SAP (info records, source lists, lead time, etc.). Raising and issuing of Purchase Order via SAP. Purchase order tracking with a milestone concept to increase supplier on-time performance and visibility in supply chain. Collection and distribution of supply chain information with supplier (Product Information Questionnaire, CofO Questionnaire and further customer information on demand).Manage vendor relationships in order to optimise purchasing processes - quality, on-time delivery and supply chain information. Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer contact. Manage complaints, both with internal and external stakeholders. Produce monthly reports for On time delivery and Purchase Requisition to Purchase order. Provide support for other procurement related activities, as well as manage the day to day transactions for the procurement team as required.

Consistently meeting targets (budget, footfall conversion, ATV, UPT, loyalty card conversion) on a daily basis. Training new members of staff to The Body Shop standards. Prioritising tasks, ensuring all tasks were completed by the end of the day whilst still meeting targets and customer service standards were kept within policy.
