• Economics: Assisted on Hoover Dam Power & Drought Analysis, determined legitimate water prices to be charged by the San Carlos Irrigation District for the BIA Investigation. Researched comparable prices and economic water options in Nevada for the Los Angeles Basin Recharge Study. Worked with Denver Economists to assess the costs and benefits of the five Salton Sea Restoration options. Estimated the value of water for the Zuni Heaven Indian Tribe.• Contracts: Managed and coordinated the Lower Colorado Water Supply Project (designed to reduce non-Contract Use) with entities such as the Colorado River Board, Imperial Irrigation District, City of Needles, Bureau of Land Management, & Metropolitan Water District. Also created the Lower Colorado River Shortage Allocation Model in Excel which distributes shortage reductions to every contract holder in the Lower Colorado Region.
