CurrentWork closely with all programmatic and administrative teams to ensure that organizational culture and practice are anchored in CORAs (DEIB) visionSpearhead implementation of DEIB strategic plan and associated initiatives, leading working groups and engaging external consultants when appropriate.Lead Spirit of Union Team (DEIB Committee) in its work to promote DEIB at CORA including defining strategy, monitoring progress, and bringing voice to key issues.Lead DEIB training efforts for all staff and board:o Design framework, determine content, and identify training resources.o Prepare and present trainings, engaging external resources as needed.Collaborate with program leadership to:o Review existing programs and services through an equity lens, identifying policies or practices that should be changed or strengthened to improve equity, access, and efficacy for all populations.o Introduce new culturally responsive service delivery models.o Equip and empower staff to serve diverse communities.o Foster deeper relationships with underrepresented and/or underserved communities.Develop consistent communication and feedback mechanisms to:o Ensure we are able to identify, discuss, and address DEIB issues impacting our clients and staff.o Share best practices, highlight bright spots, and keep staff apprised of key initiatives and activities.
