The main responsibilities are to grow the practice’s global business portfolio per company objectives set by the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and NewRocket’s go to market strategy. Responsible for managing a team of Solution Architects and Engineers to capture, design and deliver customers’ business processes and desired outcomes during complex, enterprise large-scale programs and projects. This role is responsible for driving new business, innovation, and industrialization of the capabilities & delivery services that aligns with the corporate strategic plan and is vital to the ongoing development, coaching and exemplification of NewRocket's ExCITE values across all team members to create enduring success/relationships with all Customers, each other and our internal/external partners. Talent management includes responsibility for overall capability talent strategy by collaborating with Talent Attraction on new hire strategy and recruitment, partner with Talent Enablement to develop and mobilize learning & enablement plans and new hire onboarding, provide coaching, mentoring and cross training opportunities for team members in an inclusive environment, accountable for the capabilities ServiceNow certification strategy, and collaborate with Talent Enablement to execute on the certification strategy.

- Developed an Automated Vulnerability Scanning program using Rapid7 Nexpose- Established the Exceptions Management process to address non-compliance with company policies and standards- Established the Security & Contingency Manual outlining mimimum security requirements for business projects- Established the Security & Contingency Management Framework

Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology, the primary responsibilities of this role included enterprise level security management and administration activities including the planning and execution of an Enterprise Threat and Risk Assessment.Selected Accomplishments:- Formed (and chaired) the Information Security Steering Committee (ISSC) comprised of Key Business Supervisors to ensure the Information Security Program is in alignment with Business Goals and Objectives.- Drafted the first Information Security Charter and Mandate identifying the requirement and need for clear direction and measurable initiatives to strengthen the Security Posture.- Developed a 2-year roadmap of both Technology and Security Program initiatives based on Business Risk.
